Hinged cover in galvanized and polyester powder coated steel. Cover closed by a spring lock with a triangular key. Cover contains cigarette tray with holes to extinguish the cigarettes. Optional ashtray with pierced steel holes. Concrete base can be ground fixed through appropriate bolts. Holes in base for surface mounting.
